Cancellation Policy: Your reservation & security deposit will be refunded in full if we are notified of cancellation at least 30 days prior to your scheduled check-in date. Should you cancel within 30 days, we will try to re-rent the property for the canceled rental period. If the property is re-rented for the days you booked, we will refund your entire deposit minus $100. The $100 retained is for additional advertising incurred as a result of the cancellation. If the unit is not re-rented, you will forfeit your reservation deposit. No refunds are given if you have occupied the unit and decide to cut short your stay. The security deposit is always refunded provided no damage occurred or the property was not occupied.
